I have been meaning to email you since the wedding, but now that I’m back to work, I swear it’s like I never left!

The food was very well received. I couldn’t have asked for anything better for our guests! As expected, I hardly ate anything, but everything I did manage to have was fantastic. Notable crowd pleasers were the bruschetta tartlets, veggie spring rolls (with the noodles…I had one, and it was amazing!), the chicken fingers and the meatball sliders.

The food delivered on all levels. The staff was fantastic. The tables looked great and the seating worked out perfectly. Thank you for your excellent input in how the rooms should be utilized. It worked perfectly. I don’t think I have a negative thing to say!

Corey and I will absolutely recommend Food For Thought to people we know who are looking for caterers, and we will be giving you a call if we ever find ourselves needing one in the future.

Thank you so much for everything. You have been a dream to do business with, and I am just so thankful for all your help in making our wedding vision come true.

Markham Family Health Team has been using Food For Thought Catering as their primary caterers for quite a few years. They are now officially our first choice, go-to caterers. The staff has been consistently exceptional to work with, from the setup people to the chefs to Lidia. I have called Food For Thought Catering and simply relayed what our theme for an event is, and they get back to us with the most perfect menu. Their creativity and flexibility has made our staff functions huge successes.

The food has never disappointed and actually far surpasses our expectations every time. You can certainly tell that only the freshest and finest ingredients are used.

If you are looking for a caterer that has really tasty food that is presented in a creative and fun way, then Food For Thought Catering is it! The quality of food by far surpasses the competition, and they are so accommodating and fun to work with. My husband surprised me with lunch for my birthday. Their suggestion of this month’s special was perfect. The homemade burgers and all its trimmings were so delicious and filling, and not to mention how wonderful the dessert tray was. My fellow co-workers raved about it all afternoon and wanted to know if I could celebrate my birthday once every week, so my hubby could arrange our lunch. This past weekend Food For Thought catered my grandfather’s funeral. Not only was the food incredible, but the setup and the presentation was gorgeous. It’s just been a hectic week catching up on things after so much time the previous week putting the party together. My father was completely surprised. The ladies you sent are keepers for sure. Both Jennifer and Vita were dolls and caring and kind and made the experience an absolute joy, and they cleaned everything up. It was a pleasure, as I was able to actually sit and enjoy the people.

The food was great. Your ladies were awesome and the place looked really nice. I bought poinsettias for the tables and a birthday banner and crown for him to wear. He thought he was coming down for a condo Christmas party, so he was totally blown away.

Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to let you know that my party was fabulous! The big component, the food, was just great. Throughout the evening, everyone was commenting on how good the hors d’oeuvres were and how interesting the selection was. Plus, there was more than enough of them for everyone to eat to their heart’s content.

The desserts were also very well received. Everyone enjoyed the variety of the desserts and the exoticness of the croquembouche. The only thing with the latter was that the burnt sugar made it difficult to get the balls apart, and there wasn’t any melted chocolate, but the taste was still very good.

The staff was also very good. Vanessa and Michelle were extremely competent and managed to keep an upper hand on everything, including running upstairs with coats and boots in bags. John was a real hoot – very personable and very professional. He made sure that everyone had a drink in their hands.

The setup of using the main level and the lower level worked very well. The 2 cruiser tables on the main level were very useful. And the 2 cloths in blackberry truffle were perfect. We put lots of little tea lights around, and the whole look was really magical. The dining room table was beautiful with the organza runner, flowers, candles and serving dishes. I got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. I used my 3-tier cake plate for your gourmet desserts, and they looked magnificent on the glass levels. Everything was so much easier to see, but just as hard to choose from, because every one of them looked decadent.

Thanks again for all your hard work in making my party such a success. We want to thank Michael too for all the delicious food he prepared. He certainly is a very imaginative chef. I know that Ken gave out your card to several people who asked for it. He was a very proud papa! I hope you get new business from this venue.

Hello ladies,

I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help leading up to and throughout our Christmas party.

Your onsite staff was incredible, and I couldn’t have made it without them. They didn’t stop throughout the entire evening, handling all the bumps along the way, including outlets that didn’t work, a 5 mile hike back to the kitchen, and running over an hour late. I had to leave rather early, so I didn’t get a chance to properly thank them for all their hard work. Please pass that on to them.

Everyone raved about the food, even the pickiest of eaters.

We are already planning our spring fling, so that we can have a proper banquet hall rather than an extra space in our warehouse. I look forward to working with you guys again.
