The Sicilia

Drunken Jumbo Tiger Shrimp
Cooked to perfection and bathed in our minted vodka basil sauce, served with our lightly sautéed mix of seasonal vegetables, our melt-in-your-mouth herbed risotto and our homemade gourmet butter tarts for dessert (a recipe some say we’ve perfected) in sweet tart shells.

Seafood Risotto
Featuring the sea’s finest, seasoned and infused with fresh herbs bursting with flavour, this traditional plate of risotto is accompanied by a colourful mix of grilled seasonal vegetables, finished with a drizzle of our gourmet fresh herbed basil puree. And that’s not it! Tiramisu toffee torte that’s a delectable fusion of espresso and toffee makes for a delicious treat for dessert!

Atop a bed of mesculin green salad with red and yellow (season permitting) cherry tomatoes, served alongside a stunning puree of buttered Peruvian potatoes and finished with drizzles of our orange butter and balsamic reduction.
