COLD MADE SIMPLE
Cold Lunch #1
Assorted sandwiches and wraps, on a variety of buns and breads with assorted fillings, and sliced deli meats. Choice of daily soup or tossed salad and assorted sweets.
Cold Lunch #4
Gourmet assorted deli meats served on focaccia buns, including tossed salad and a cheese and fruit tray with crackers on the side.
The Boardroom
Assorted bagels and butter croissants served with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, assorted sliced cheeses, and individual cream cheeses.

Cold Lunch #2
Our famous Cajun chicken wraps, with our specialty mayo, assorted peppers, lettuce, Havarti cheese and mandarin oranges. Includes Greek salad and seasonal fruit kabobs, garnished with strawberries.

Submarine sandwiches with assorted deli meats, served with your choice of potato salad or coleslaw, a variety of individual packages of potato chips and gourmet colossal cookies.

Cold Lunch #3
Oriental chicken wraps, with tender chunks of chicken breast, bean sprouts, steamed bok choy, carrots, green onions and peppers, tossed in our Asian sesame-teriyaki vinaigrette. Also includes vegetable spring rolls with plum sauce for dipping and our famous individual butter tarts, garnished with strawberries.

Wrap N' Go
"Hot off the skillet" Gourmet omelettes, enveloping melted cheddar and mozarella cheeses, expertly rolled into a soft tortilla. Our healthy, fresh fillings include mushromms, sweet peppers, and onions.
Breakfast Tostadas
Reried beans, fresh pico de gallo, shaved cheddar cheese, poached egg topped on toast or bagel.
Italian Egg Baguette
Toasted baguette with prosciutto, ham, mozarella, and a warm poached egg, topped with delicous homemade tomato sauce.
The Italian Stallion
A fluffy breakfast frittata accompanied with italian sausage, toasted bagels with preserves and butter, and a fruit platter that includes conveniently-sliced pineapple, seedless oranges, pink grapefruit and seedless grapes.
